These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of software products operated by New Mining Company LLC under the NMC Apps brand, including PayoutAudit (the "Services"), and of this website.
1. The Services
Our Services connect to third-party e-commerce platforms (such as TikTok Shop) with your explicit authorization and process your shop's data to provide reporting and reconciliation functionality. You may revoke authorization at any time through the platform or by contacting us; revocation triggers deletion of your stored data as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to authorize access to the shop data you connect.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of applicable law or of the connected platform's terms.
3. Data
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process platform data solely to deliver the Services to you.
4. Fees
Paid plans, prices, and trial terms are stated at the point of purchase. Fees are billed by NMC through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Disclaimers
The Services provide reporting and reconciliation assistance and do not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Platform data availability depends on the connected platform's APIs, which are outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NMC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, stored shop data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
